Surf & Turf Wild Game Food Tasting

For two days only, come in and try recipes featuring a variety of wild game and seafood. Ten courses total, all small portions, so you will be able to try all 10, but trust me, you won't go away hungry. Tasting starts at 5:30. Menu includes Abalone, Scallops, Wild Boar, Water Buffalo, Calamari, Bison, Eel, Walleye, Octopus, Clams, Oysters, Camel, Red Stag, and Dessert. Items are subject to change based on availability.
